As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in executing go-to-market initiatives for ShopBack’s new business unit, ShopBack Pay, in Hong Kong. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on in-store execution

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, ideation, creation of promotional materials, and content development
  • Own on-the-ground execution of in-store marketing initiatives, including point-of-sale materials (POSM), retail displays, and offline activations
  • Work with design and operations teams to develop and deploy campaign assets that drive visibility and user engagement
  • Assist in planning and executing co-branded campaigns with merchant partners to grow ShopBack’s offline presence
  • Support copywriting and content creation across all internal and external marketing channels in both English and Cantonese
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting by gathering data and insights to inform future improvements
  • Collaborate closely with local and regional stakeholders across marketing, commercial, product, and design teams
  • Essentials to Succeed

  • Experience in marketing, partnerships, or campaign execution (experience in retail, e-commerce, or payments is a plus)
  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with offline marketing, retail activations, or event coordination is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese (spoken and written), with the ability to support copywriting and content creation
  • Based in Hong Kong, with the ability to be on the ground for in-store execution and partner coordination
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Comfortable working with data to track performance and derive insights
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or other Generative AI platforms to improve productivity
