Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a Temporary HR Recruiter to provide onsite coverage for approximately 3–4 months while a team member is on leave. This role will focus primarily on full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite position with flexible hours, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The schedule may be adjusted as needed to accommodate interviews for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.

Pay: Compensation is flexible and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Recruiting experience required.

Previous HR experience is a plus, but recruiting experience is the primary focus.
