• Job Title - Contract Reviewer 
• Job Type - 12 Months Temporary 
• Location - Birmingham Area (5 days a week on site) 
• Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm 
• Salary - £30,000 pro rata 
• Industry  - Business Assurance 

Overview of the role: 

• To prepare, review and maintain contracts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 
• Making sure all contracts are up to date and within agreed service level agreements 
• Working to high level of accuracy 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in contract management or file reviewing. 

You will also have the following: 

• Previous experience in an administrative role within a target driven customer service environment 
• Show ability in using MS Office and also other online CRM's 
• Experience producing professional communications 
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
