The Role
As a Regional Campaign Associate/Manager, you’ll help shape the regional campaign strategy, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution to plan, coordinate, and optimize campaigns across diverse markets. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to align regional strategy, ensure strong local execution, and deliver measurable business impact.

  • Lead and execute regional marketing campaigns from strategic planning to post-campaign analysis, ensuring alignment across markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Commercial, and Product to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Automate campaign workflows by developing tools and processes that enable scalable, efficient campaign delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Champion regional alignment, ensuring brand voice, tone, and campaign narratives are consistent while leaving room for local relevance.
  • Experiment boldly — test new campaign formats, creative angles, and user journeys, backed by data, that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Essentials to Succeed

  • 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, campaign management, or regional brand activation (internship experience counts).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • A mix of creative flair and analytical mindset — comfortable with data dashboards and storytelling decks alike.
  • Curious and proactive, with the ability to iterate quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple time zones.
  • Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or digital consumer products.
