Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial applications.
- Program and configure PLCs, DCS, and other automation equipment.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure integrated system functionality.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation including control narratives, wiring diagrams, and software manuals.
- Analyze system performance data and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in control systems design and implementation.
- Proficient with PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram).
- Experience with DCS systems and industrial control platforms.
- Strong knowledge of control theory, instrumentation, and automation principles.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
