The Controls Technician works with HVAC controls, Installations, Commissioning and Programing.

Stuart Mechanical provides comprehensive commercial and industrial mechanical services throughout Michigan. These HVAC services include sales, service, installation, building/automation/controls, design & builds, and preventative maintenance.

Stuart Mechanical is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan and serves the entire state of Michigan. The majority of our work is in the southeastern region. Markets served but not limited to: education, medical, automotive, religious, retail, technological, construction, fitness, property management companies, facility maintenance, etc.

Qualifications

• Customer Relations
• 4+ years of experience in service, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment and working with HVAC controls. Installation, Commissioning and Programing.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Tridium software, older and newer versions
• Open protocol networks. Lon, BacNet, Modbus another
• Integration to OEM and other control systems
• Networking skills
• Auto Cad
• Graphics programs
• Common Office software
• Doing pre-submittals and Asbuilts for projects
• Blueprint reading
• Wiring Diagrams
• HVAC Equipment
• HVAC Sequence of Operation
• HVAC Troubleshooting
• HVAC Wiring
