Your New Role

• Help open the restaurant and prepare the store for daily operations

• Complete food prep before and throughout your shift

• Prepare and cook Atomic Wings menu items, including chicken wings, according to established recipes and specifications

• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation

• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Assist customers and provide friendly, professional customer service

• Keep cooking stations, food preparation areas, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized

• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift as needed

• Follow established food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures

• Complete assigned opening, food preparation, cleaning, and operational duties

• Assist with opening or closing responsibilities based on operational needs

• Communicate with team members to keep orders accurate and moving efficiently

• Maintain attention to detail during busy service periods

• Step into different responsibilities as needed to help restaurant operations run smoothly

Requirements

• No previous restaurant or cooking experience required; willing to train the right candidate

• High school diploma or equivalent

• ServSafe certification or applicable food handler certification required

• Ability and willingness to learn cooking and food preparation procedures

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant and kitchen environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to support both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities

• Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential

• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures

• Flexibility to work assigned morning or evening shifts

• Opening and closing availability may be required based on operational needs, with exact shift times varying as needed
