What does your workday look like …
As a Chef de Partie, you take full responsibility for your section, ensuring smooth operations and the highest quality standards. Even when things get busy, you keep a cool head and actively contribute to creating unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.
You independently prepare for your shifts, organize your mise en place efficiently, and make sure that all processes are carried out in a structured, clean, and professional manner. You also play an active role in shaping our menu, bringing in creative ideas and continuously developing and refining our dishes.
You lead a small team within your section, guide apprentices and Commis Chefs, and support their professional and personal development. As a reliable point of contact for your team, you help create a motivating atmosphere and a strong sense of teamwork in the kitchen.
As an experienced cook, you bring passion to the stove, have a strong eye for quality, and confidently manage your section with independence, dedication, and plenty of enthusiasm.
Qualifications
Your personality matters more than your CV …
- You have successfully completed professional training as a cook and have already gained relevant work experience – ideally as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable position.
- You work independently and in a structured way and keep a cool head, even when things get busy.
- You enjoy taking responsibility for your section and are a reliable team player.
- You are fluent in German; English skills are an advantage.
- You are passionate about modern, international cuisine and have a genuine enthusiasm for high-quality ingredients and creative food concepts.
- You are eager to continuously develop both professionally and personally and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
- You support apprentices, Commis Chefs, and new team members with patience and enthusiasm as they settle into their roles and develop their skills.
- You bring more than just culinary expertise to the table – your personality, commitment, sense of responsibility, and team spirit make the difference.
