The Opportunity
Position Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of cooking and rethermalization duties requiring judgment and independence. This position follows established procedures and standards, and involves the use of quantity and quality control techniques. Also responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary and aesthetically pleasing dining atmosphere. Responsible for other related duties as required. Responsible for other related duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Cooking or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
-Minimum one(1) year of cooking experience, preferably in high volume cooking.
- Experience with a cook chill/freeze system is desirable.
