Coordinator

Individual Home Care Provider, Inc. located in Centereach, NY, is a New York State Licensed Home Care Agency. We service patients in Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens. We employ home health aides with either a PCA or HHA certificate. There are live-in or live-out cases available for variable days, including 7 days.

Booking cases, managing schedules, answering phones, updating computer software, overseeing personnel files. Room for growth.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Qualifications

Phone skills and computer skills. Personal skills that would be helpful in being successful, aggressive to book cases and place employees, organized, and must be able to communicate with patients, families, office staff, field staff, and insurance companies
