About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Lead, Training & Development Mine Operations, the Coordinator, Training, Mine Operations is responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering training programs that support operational excellence and workforce competency in Mine Operations.
This role combines classroom, simulator, computer-based, and field-based instruction, while ensuring training records, schedules, and programs meet site and business requirements.
To be successful, we are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and relationship builder with a passion for employee development, operational safety, and continuous improvement. Lastly, this role requires an energetic team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt and prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced environment.
