Lisinski Law Firmis expanding its Court Operations team and seekslicensed U.S. attorneys interested inimmigration lawwho value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This role involvesgig-based,appointment-driven court appearancessupportingMaster Calendar Hearings.

This isnot a full-time role. Assignments are scheduled in advance and designed for attorneys seeking flexible courtroom workwithout full case ownership or long-term employment commitments.

Your Key Contributions

• Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at hearings
• Appear in person at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings
• Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status
• Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Active U.S. bar license (any jurisdiction)
• 1-3 years of experience as an attorney
• Immigration or courtroom experience preferred
• Availability during court business hours
