Pareto Securities is a leading, independent investment bank with a strong position in the Nordic capital markets. Our Corporate Access function plays a central role in connecting companies with investors worldwide. With a high level of activity and a fast-paced work environment, this team is critical to delivering first-class investor engagement and client experience across the firm.

We are now strengthening our Corporate Access team in Stockholm and seeking a motivated, structured individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, client-oriented environment. The Corporate Access team operates internationally, with team members located in Stockholm, Oslo and London. You will work closely with our Research, Sales and Investment Banking teams to create high-quality investor interactions that add value to both corporates and investors.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and capital markets events

• Participate in organizing Pareto’s international conferences and thematic events

• Managing complex schedules, logistics, and communication flows across markets

• Ensuring seamless execution and professional client experience

• Contributing to continuous improvement in processes and investor engagement

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Corporate Access, IR, communications, events, or similar)

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• High level of professionalism and service orientation

• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines

• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

• Proficient in English and Swedish
