Titan Wealth is looking for a highly organised and client-focused Client Support Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or client support experience who enjoys building relationships, working with data, and delivering outstanding service to clients.

You'll play a key role in supporting consultants and clients across workplace pensions and employee benefits arrangements, helping to ensure schemes are administered accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.

This role would suit someone from a financial services, pensions, insurance, employee benefits, or professional services background who is looking to develop their career within a growing and dynamic business.

Responsibilities

As part of our Client Support team, you'll provide day-to-day support to a portfolio of pension and employee benefits clients, ensuring a high standard of service and administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for client and provider queries.
  • Supporting the administration of workplace pension schemes and employee benefits arrangements.
  • Assisting with the preparation of governance reports, analysing provider data and producing accurate reporting for consultant review.
  • Supporting the monthly submission and reconciliation of pension contributions through provider portals.
  • Liaising with pension providers and insurers to obtain information and resolve administrative queries.
  • Processing and supporting pension-related claims, including death claims, with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Managing invoicing processes, debt management activities, and liaising closely with Finance.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
  • Supporting consultants with ongoing client servicing requirements and project work.
  • Ensuring all activities are completed within agreed service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • About you

    Essential Experience

  • Experience within an administration, client support, or customer service role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working to service standards, targets, or SLAs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
  • Understanding of the importance of compliance, customer outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Desirable Experience

  • Experience within financial services, pensions, insurance, or employee benefits.
  • Knowledge of workplace pension schemes and pension administration processes.
  • Experience supporting employee benefits arrangements.
  • Understanding of Group Life Assurance (GLA), Group Income Protection (GIP), and Private Medical Insurance (PMI).
  • Experience supporting annual renewals and data validation exercises.
  • Knowledge of Auto Enrolment requirements and Group Personal Pensions.

  • Good standard of education, including Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
