What you'll do

In this high-impact role, you blend strategic product management with principal key account development, shaping the future of our Groupage, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), and Full-Truckload (FTL) services across the CEE region.

  • You will be the central force driving the expansion of our road transport products. Your mission is to empower our local sales teams throughout the CEE region, providing them with the strategy, tools, and support needed to boost revenue and market share.
  • You step in to lead critical negotiations with our most important clients. You are an expert at creating win-win scenarios, building lasting partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • You will play a pivotal role in our tender and RFQ process. Working in close collaboration with our dedicated sales and pricing teams, you will ensure our proposals are strategic, competitive, and perfectly tailored to customer needs.

  • You are a senior business development professional with 7+ years of experience and a demonstrated history of building and executing successful growth strategies in the freight-forwarding industry.
  • You possess a deep and nuanced understanding of the road transport business, backed by a strong track record of tangible results and achievements.
  • You are a master communicator and a trusted advisor in negotiations. You have a natural ability to command a room, bring diverse stakeholders together, and inspire teams to move in a unified, strategic direction.
  • With exceptional presentation skills, you are completely at ease pitching innovative ideas and strategic plans to C-level executives, securing buy-in and driving decisive action.
