    • Job Description

  • Process booking arrangement as per Sales team/Operations/Rate Center / Key Account’s request
  • Handle Export shipment as per sales/customer and overseas agent instruction.
  • Generate all relevant Export documents.(AWB, Manifest, Freight invoice etc.)
  • Review profit & loss for each job and monitor Export team to close job on time.
  • Co-ordinate with Airfreight team, Sales, Key Account and concerned party for Operational process.
  • Contact carrier for rate checking and booking as requested by concerned party.
  • Work closely with all parties concerned as support to the Sales team.
  • Support Airfreight Operations or as assigned by Manager.

    • Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related field
  • Experiences Freight Forwarding Company
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Airfreight Export
  • Strong Customer Service mind
  • Sales-oriented with operational conscious
  • Self-confident with positive attitude
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious
  • Self-Motivating
  • Good in English language
