KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Leadership & Business Partnering
- Oversee all HR functions, including employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and team events.
- Support and mentor the HR Specialist to enhance expertise and career growth.
- Act as an HR business partner, advising leadership on people strategies and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional HR Head to implement regional policies and initiatives in Thailand.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with talent acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s talent pipeline.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing workplace concerns with fairness and discretion.
- Mediate conflicts, investigate grievances, and implement resolution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and open communication.
- Design and execute team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale.
- Develop recognition programs and work-life balance initiatives.
- Promote inclusivity, diversity, and equity within the organization.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Oversee contract management, visas, work permits, and employee certifications.
- Provide regular HR reports, including ESG-related insights.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years’ work experience in HR in a service industry
- Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
- Results-oriented with a proactive personality
- Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
- Good command of English and Thai
