HR Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all internal
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting for Media, Internet,BFSI,FMCG, Hospitality, BPO, or other Non-IT domains is an advantage.
