Corporate Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, investment analysis, and real estate financial operations. This role will play a key part in driving financial strategy, managing cash flow, supporting investments, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Manage company cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Conduct financial analysis for real estate projects, investments, acquisitions, and developments
• Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and ROI analysis for new projects
• Monitor project profitability, cost control, and financial performance
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards
• Support senior management with strategic financial decision-making
• Oversee MIS reporting and present financial insights to management
• Work closely with sales, operations, and development teams on financial planning
• Improve internal financial controls and reporting systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA / ACCA / CMA / CFA qualification is preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate finance management within the real estate industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis, and budgeting
• Experience with real estate development finance and project feasibility analysis
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools
• UAE real estate market experience
• Experience handling large-scale real estate projects or investment portfolios
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
• Fluent in English
