Job Title:Experienced Hair Stylist – Drybar Harker Heights (Grand Opening Team)

Job Type:Full-time or Part-time

Pay:$35 – $48 per hour (includes base pay, tips, bonuses, and retail commission)

Location:Drybar Harker Heights

About Us:Drybar is more than just blowouts. We're on a mission to make people feel confident andbeautiful — inside and out. At Drybar Harker Heights, we’re assembling a high-energy team ofexperienced stylists to help us launch our brand-new location opening August 8th.

What You’ll Earn:Our stylists average $35–$48/hour, made up of:● Base pay of $13–$15/hr● Tips (a significant % of each service)● $5–$10 bonus for every membership you help sign up● 10% retail commission● 1 client serviced per hour on average● 30-minute lunch with no more than 8 hours per shift

What You’ll Do:● Perform amazing blowouts and styling (no cuts or color!)● Deliver a top-tier guest experience every time● Recommend products and memberships confidently● Work efficiently and professionally with teammates

What We’re Looking For:● Valid cosmetology license● At least 1 year of experience behind the chair● Weekend availability (minimum 3 weekends/month)● Professionalism, reliability, and a great attitude● Team players who thrive in a branded, fast-paced space
