Couples Therapist | Part-time or Full-time
WHO WE ARE
At Counseling Works, we’ve spent years building something we’re genuinely proud of: a group practice rooted in clinical excellence, real collaboration, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve. We take care of our clinicians because we know that when you feel supported, your clients do too.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a therapist who brings more than just credentials to the table. The right person for this role is comfortable sitting with conflict. You're skilled at helping couples slow down and actually hear each other, and you understand that the relationship itself is your client. Whether you draw from Gottman, EFT, Imago, or attachment-based approaches, you bring a framework to your work and the flexibility to meet each couple where they are.
If you’re looking for a practice where your caseload is built for you, the administrative burden is lifted off your plate, and you’re surrounded by a team that takes professional growth seriously, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
Instant caseload: Steady referrals from day one so you’re not starting from scratch
Uncapped earnings: No ceiling — see more clients, earn more
No-show protection: You receive your split of any cancellation fees charged, so a client’s last-minute cancellation doesn’t mean lost income for you
Full admin support: A dedicated medical biller and intake coordinator handle scheduling, insurance verification, claims, and paperwork
Free supervision & consultation: Individual consultation with the Owner/Founder and Clinical Director at no cost; supervision provided if required for licensure
Flexible schedule: Choose your hours with work-life balance as a core organizational value
CEU events & development: Monthly educational events plus professional development support
Marketing support: Psychology Today profile, business cards, and networking opportunities provided from day one
Beautiful workspace: Comfortable, well-decorated private offices across four suburban locations
