The role

Own creative output across all brand and campaign work, setting art direction and the quality standard while directing the designers who produce it.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts and creative routes from marketing briefs
• Set art direction and brand guardrails across paid, onsite, lifecycle and social
• Direct designers and editors through references, critique and review
• Approve all creative output before release
• Produce hero assets that define the look of each campaign
• Plan design and video capacity against the campaign calendar
• Apply AI assisted production tooling where it adds speed without cost to quality

Qualifications

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in design with art direction responsibility
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgement and range
• Ability to critique work precisely and raise the standard of others
• Proven delivery against a fast campaign calendar
• Fluency in current design and motion tooling

Preferred

• E-commerce or retail brand experience
• Motion and video direction
• Production experience with generative AI tooling
