This boutique production agency is searching for a highly organised, supremely confident individual to join as a Creative Office Manager. This is a fantastic role for any self-assured candidate after a flexible role in a super-cool agency based in Shoreditch. This agency works with a number of huge global clients such as Versace, Adidas and Chanel producing beautiful film and still fashion advertising. They also have offices in Los Angeles!

This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in the production industry, working with some of the most creative minds in the business.

What you will do:

-Be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the office. This includes everything from ordering stationary and answering phone calls to organising events with major suppliers.

-Be the point of contact for the office, dealing with all queries, greeting and liaising with clients

-Manage the company’s website and all social media pages

-Be involved in the production process by overseeing the organisation of shoot material and attending meetings with the senior team.

-Assist the HR team by keeping personnel records up to date and assisting with new starter and freelance inductions

-A creative person interested in breaking into the production industry.

-A confident, proactive person who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.

-Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Friendly, personable and bubbly

-Proficient in Mac systems, Microsoft Office, Abode, Keynote and social media platforms

-Admin/ front of house experience would be a bonus but not essential
