Creative Production Intern

Home of one of the most engaged audiences in digital entertainment, Sidemen Entertainment is the engine behind Sidemen Sunday and the wider Sidemen content universe. We create culture-defining moments weekly, pushing creative boundaries and delivering some of the most watched shows online. We move fast, innovate constantly and have a ridiculous amount of fun while doing it.

You’ll help ensure that each upload has entertaining & reactable content, centred around current popular trending topics. You'll pick up skills in idea generation, video editing and production alongside working with incredibly talented curators of social content.

• Generate a high volume of fresh, innovative ideas for Sidemen Reacts videos that both our audience, and The Sidemen find entertaining.

• Ensure clips are appropriate for reaction content, and avoid known copyright issues where possible.

• Assemble compilations using the editing software of your choice.

• Create and Assist in building themed games whilst sticking to the Reacting element of the channel.

• Create intros, context, and voiceovers using tools such as AI where needed (similar to existing Sidemen Reacts videos).

• Assist in managing & building ideas within a team of freelancers also tasked with creating compilations & games

• Work alongside the Channel Manager when creating content & maintain communication throughout the preparation periods before recording sessions.

• Deep understanding of The Sidemen: their humour, personalities, and what they enjoy watching.

• Live and breathe online culture, constantly aware of viral moments, trends, memes, internet humour.

• Proven ability to come up with lots of creative ideas quickly.

• Editing ability (any software) — enough to assemble clean, engaging compilations.

• Experience with AI tools for voiceovers, intros or context creation (or willingness to learn).

• Strong instinct for what is entertaining, clickable and watchable.

• Ability to manage workload, juggle multiple ideas and keep up with fast-paced output.

• Ability to work with Freelancers & communicate across ideas effectively.

• Pick up Production and Video Editing skills working with the biggest Youtubers in the country
