YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

Our Creative Studio is the brains and innovation behind every rich media banner that brings campaigns to life. As the team that conceptualizes and builds high‑impact banners for clients, our mission is to craft visually stunning and performance‑driven assets that truly stand out and work. This is where strategy meets creativity: by combining data and storytelling, we create banners that capture attention and deliver measurable results—from static visuals to complex interactive rich media formats optimized for client KPIs and user experience.

ESKIMI is looking for a new team member in Bangladesh. The Creative Project Manager who coordinates digital creative projects from briefing to delivery, including resource and time planning. To be successful in this position, a thorough understanding of Design & Development is required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define clear project objectives

• Drive creative projects from start to finish

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules, including spend reporting

• Understand how the project impacts campaign margin

• Resource forecasting - plan accurate resource forecasts

• Scheduling - oversee project deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time

• Present ideas and project structure to internal stakeholders and clients
  
  

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• Project Management experience with exposure to Development teams

• Ability to schedule, track, and prioritize the work correctly with critical deadlines

• Ability to define project scope: project structure, resource planning, specifying project costs and time.

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met

• Demonstrate initiative and drive, have passion for growth and ownership mentality
