Job Title: Crew Member – Healthy Concept
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi

The Crew Member is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility in performing various Front of House (FOH) duties, including welcoming guests, food handling, beverage preparation, cashier duties, order taking, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage cashier and order-taking duties accurately.
• Handle food safely and in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare beverages and assist with daily FOH operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in FOH areas.
• Navigate and manage orders through food delivery aggregators.
• Support team members and adapt to daily operational needs.

Requirements

• Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous food handling experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience in using food delivery aggregators is required.
• Flexible, able to multitask, and team-oriented.
• Passion for healthy food concepts.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
