About this role

Your responsibilities would include...

  • Ownership for creation, management, and optimization of all email marketing campaigns for all of our brands, in close collaboration with our in-house design and content team

  • Optimization of the customer lifetime value through re-order and cross-selling campaigns

  • Structured AB testing plan to continuously optimize existing journeys the relevant repeat customer KPIs

  • Introduction of new measures to increase customer loyalty, such as referral programs and incentives

  • Identification of new target groups, set-up of automated workflows and customer segmentation rules

  • Strategic conception and implementation of lead generation measures

  • Identification and testing of new customer communication channels (e.g. SMS, whatsapp)

Requirements

Chances are, you’re a great fit if you...

  • University degree in a technical or business area (e.g. business administration, informatics, economics) or a comparable qualification

  • Working experience of 2-3 years with a CRM system/ marketing automation tool (preferably HubSpot)

  • Excellent analytical abilities, hands-on mentality and a collaborative spirit

  • Fluent in German

  • Good understanding of marketing and sales processes in the pharmaceutical business are a plus
