Position Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cruise & Resort Reservation Specialist to assist with coordinating vacation bookings and client travel arrangements in a remote environment.

This role focuses on helping clients secure cruise vacations, all-inclusive resorts, accommodations, and related travel experiences while providing excellent customer support throughout the booking process.

Assist clients with cruise, resort, and vacation reservations

Research travel options, pricing, promotions, and availability

Coordinate booking details and ensure accuracy of travel arrangements

Communicate confirmations, updates, and travel information to clients

Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions

Provide professional support throughout the reservation process

Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates

Must be 18+ and based in the United States

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic computer and online scheduling system knowledge

Reliable internet connection and professional communication skills

Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative support
