Crypto Operations Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Crypto Operations Assistant to support daily business operations in a fast-growing crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support;
• Assist with daily business coordination and communication;
• Participate in business trips and international meetings when required;
• Assist with operational and finance-related tasks
• Communicate with international partners and stakeholders in Russian and English
• Help organize documents, reports, and internal processes
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Financial education or understanding of crypto/finance is preferred
• Previous business or administrative experience is an advantage
• Interest in crypto, fintech, and business operations
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
