What You Will Do
-
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover, including early works (piling, in-ground services), substructure, and superstructure.

Serve as a Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Project Manager, ideally with a focus on mission-critical, high-capacity data center facilities.

Oversee complex, fast-track construction projects, coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and structural standards.

Lead the CSA scope on-site, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with design consultants.
What You Will Need

Proven, direct, end-to-end experience in data center or mission-critical facility construction.

Deep technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural elements, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, building envelopes, and advanced finishes.

Strong ability to coordinate CSA works with MEP systems, including builders' works interfaces and equipment load requirements.

Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations (e.g., JKKP/DOSH), and fire safety requirements.

Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools.
