Key responsibilities :
Order-to-Delivery Workflow Management :
- Inputting, reviewing, and approving orders in SAP.
- Conducting an initial availability check and confirming delivery times with the customer.
- Prepare the necessary delivery documents (batches, freight documents, export documents).
- Follow up on the creation of delivery notes and coordinate with Logistics/Transport.
- Resolve order issues (credit, reminders, export restrictions, etc.) in accordance with Sika’s policies.
Customer and Administrative Services & Invoicing :
- Issue credit/debit memos in the event of a confirmed non-compliance.
- Check document consistency before issuing invoices.
- Help ensure the quality of customer data (by updating it regularly).
Internal & External Customer Support :
- Handle all order-related inquiries as the sales representative.
- Proactively communicate in the event of availability issues or delays
- Ensure effective coordination with Sales, Logistics, and Finance (Credit)
- Keep track of customer non-conformities in Salesforce and follow up on them.
Business Contact – Governance & Master Data :
- Acts as the key point of contact for process and master data requests
- Cooperates with IT/IS, Business to identify best practice
- Provides recommendations for process, data, and system improvement
- Monitors process standards and the quality of master data
Application of QEHS Standards
- Actively participate in occupational safety and health (OSH) training, evacuation drills, and awareness campaigns.
- Follow emergency procedures.
- Contribute to the health and safety culture and to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in administrative management and commerce
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
