Custodian (PT)

Job Description

The Custodian @ Woodland Terrace provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

Schedule: PT | 3pm -7pm (3-4 days a week) 8-4 on Saturdays.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00/hr

Paid Vacation / Free Meal each shift / 401K

What will I do every day?

• Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
• Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• High school graduate preferred
• Six months to one year of custodial experience
• Experience working in a senior environment preferred
