Custom Pool & Backyard Specialist

We’re looking for a high-energy, personableCustom Pool & Backyard Specialistwho enjoys guiding homeowners through designing, selling, and managing custom pool and backyard projects. This isn’t your typical sales role—it’s about creating dream outdoor spaces and being part of a team that delivers exceptional results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Quickly reach out to new leads and schedule in-home or on-site consultations
• Help customers envision their ideal pool, spa, and backyard designs
• Provide clear, timely estimates within 48 hours of each consultation
• Close deals and oversee project planning before handing off to our production team
• Stay connected with customers throughout the build process, assisting with questions, payments, and ensuring satisfaction
• Represent our company’s brand, values, and commitment to excellence with every interaction

Who You Are:

• Naturally outgoing, personable, and confident leading conversations with homeowners
• Self-motivated and goal-driven—you know how to close sales with a consultative, customer-first approach
• Organized, professional, and reliable with strong follow-through
• Prior experience in sales is required (construction, outdoor living, or pool industry experience is a strong plus)
• Comfortable using your own vehicle to attend appointments and site visits

What We Offer:

• $65,000 Annual Base Salary + Commission on True Net of closed and paid-in-full projects
