The Customer Care Agent is primarily responsible for aiding patrons and patients, telephonically. The Customer Care Agent conducts day-to-day customer phone support while adhering to company policy and industry regulations. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the medical cannabis industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
  • Provide great customer care
  • Maintains and updates customer information as needed
  • Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers while providing outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons over the phone by answering or resolving all questions or concerns
  • Resolve and de-escalate any situation
  • Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests
  • Identify customer needs and proactively recommend additional products or services to enhance their experience and drive incremental sales
  • Promote and educate customers on the benefits of the loyalty program to increase enrollment, engagement, and repeat business
  • All other job duties as assigned

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting.
  • Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
  • Frequently sitting
  • Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
