🔹 Your Role at Homemate
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be at the heart of the customer journey, ensuring every client receives professional, efficient, and friendly service from start to finish.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with queries related to products, purchases, company procedures, and store policies.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or store sections.
- Opening and managing customer accounts for orders by accurately recording client information.
- Processing deposits for ordered items and handling full payments for purchased products.
- Managing returns, exchanges, and repair requests by:
- Listening carefully to customer concerns
- Identifying the root of the issue
- Offering and explaining the most suitable solution
- Coordinating corrections or adjustments
- Following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Effecting FlexiPay contracts accurately and efficiently.

🔹 Working Hours & Flexibility
- Work is carried out on a shift basis, including:
- Evening shifts up to 8:00 pm
- Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Flexibility is essential, as staff may be required to work in other Homemate outlets when operational needs arise.
