Customer Delivery Lead

At Payter, delivering an outstanding customer experience doesn't stop after the sale. As our Customer Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the teams that ensure every customer enjoys a seamless journey, from the initial order to a fully operational payment solution.

You will lead two operational teams responsible for order management, customer onboarding, payment contract administration, and terminal activation. By combining strong people leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, you will optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from Payter.

Responsibilities include

• Lead and support two operational teams responsible for the complete customer delivery process.

• Ensure customer orders, contract management, terminal activations, and service requests are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor workloads, priorities, and service levels to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Act as the escalation point for complex customer cases and support your teams in finding effective solutions.

• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and team meetings.

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.

• Ensure accurate customer and contract data across multiple systems and applications.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve workflows and strengthen operational performance.

• Foster a customer-focused, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational or customer service teams.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop people.

• Experience managing customer delivery, order management, or customer operations processes.

• A continuous improvement mindset with experience optimizing workflows and driving operational excellence.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

• Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused with a strong eye for detail.

• Professional proficiency in English. Dutch is considered a strong advantage.
