About the role
Exciting opportunity for a Customer Delivery Representative to join our supportive and collaborative team in Avondale.
In this role, you'll be at the centre of day-to-day operations, supporting your team, helping resolve issues, and making sure work flows smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to and resolve customer and internal queries in a timely and professional way.
- Coordinate and manage incoming tasks, making sure they are assigned and completed on time.
- Collaborate closely with team members to keep workflows running smoothly.
- Proactively identify and investigate issues, helping to find solutions.
- Escalate more complex issues when needed, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating and being part of a team that makes things happen. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in customer service, a call centre, administration, or a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams) are essential.
- Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and juggle multiple competing demands.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where meeting KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) is a key requirement.
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organised and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
- A problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in the electricity industry or working with electricity retailers would be advantageous but is not essential.
This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities at once, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
