About the role
Drive continuous improvement, deliver excellence, and support customers.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Coordinator to join our collaborative Customer Excellence team. This role sits within the Projects team while also supporting the wider Customer Excellence team.
In this role, you'll help keep things running smoothly by managing workflows and supporting customers and stakeholders with their queries. You'll also play an important role in maintaining data quality and supporting the team to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring tasks are well organised, prioritised, and delivered on time.
- Providing customers and stakeholders with clear, timely, and effective support, resolving queries professionally.
- Acting as an escalation point for more complex issues and seeing them through to resolution.
- Maintaining accurate data and records.

- Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role.
