Customer Experience Associate - Success

For this reason, we are looking for a Sales Representative to be based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. Supporting Customer Success department in all B2C sales tasks.

Your Mission:

• Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated sales tasks.
• Conduct phone calls/emails, with one goal : upsell.
• Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and brainstorming sessions.
• Create a real connection with our customers.
• Work with your team to respect deadlines, objectives, and unblocked special achievements.

Your Weapons:

• High school diploma or similar
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• German is also mandatory (native or at least C1), Italian or French is a plus
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Service or similar may be required
• You are born to sell, and if not you would like to
• Superb interpersonal and soft skills
• Strong self-motivation
• Ability to work in a team, and to motivate your teammates
• Ability and will to surpass yourself
