Customer Intake Representative (High-Volume Calls)

Before You Apply

This is a high-performance role, not a typical customer service job.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 7:45 PM

• 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

You will be on back-to-back calls for most of your shift while entering information in real time.

This role is not compatible with ongoing studies or second jobs

What You’ll Do

• Handle continuous calls with U.S.-based customers

• Gather detailed business information with high accuracy

• Enter data in real time while actively speaking with customers

• Maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout your shift

• Follow structured processes and documentation protocols

• Perform under pressure without compromising quality

What You Need

• Advanced English (B2+ / C1)

• Experience in call centers or high-volume environments

• Strong typing speed and multitasking ability

• High attention to detail under pressure

• Ability to stay focused for extended periods

• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills

Compensation

• Salary: $3,000,000 COP

• Transportation allowance
