Job Description –


InnoMind Technologies is seeking a candidate for a Customer Relationship Executive who can build relationship with the potential leads and convert them into customer and identify their business needs for our Web/Mobile Design, Development and Marketing Services.


In this role, you are Responsible/Accountable for:


  • Maintain a good rapport with existing and new clients.
  • Act as a mediatory between technical team and customer.
  • Suggest a scalable solutions to our customers under their budget.
  • Ensuring customers expectations are met what we have promised to deliver.
  • Giving fanatical support to our customers both voice and non voice based.

Required Experience & Skills:


  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Good communication skills (voice and non - voice) and formal writing in English is mandatory.
  • Should be from an IT-Software sales background/software B2B/ Internet/Information Systems/ Advertising/Media/Digital Services Industry.
  • Should have Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Must be experience with how to make customers wow.
