Key Responsibilities
As our next Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for all sales and distribution queries and be responsible for the skillful and efficient delivery of products form our Quarries, asphalt and concrete plants across the Region, whilst placing the highest importance on our sustained standards of excellence.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Knowledge of the Construction & Transport industries (not essential)
- Experience in transport planning and can demonstrate knowledge of road haulage
- A hard-working approach with a can do attitude
- Ability to manage competing deadlines & anticipate problems and potential solutions
- Effective communication & exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail & good computer skills
