Customer Service Agent - Hurghada

We are looking for a Customer Service / Rental Agent to join our team and be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle rental journey.

The role involves handling customer check-in and check-out, responding to rental-related queries and concerns, inspecting vehicles, maintaining fleet inventory, and supporting daily fleet operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting additional rental services and supporting accident, damage, and technical defect reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, good attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a very good command of English.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

0–3 years of relevant experience.

Previous experience in the customer service or service sector is preferred.

Very good command of English, both verbal and written.

Fluent Arabic, both verbal and written.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Good operational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries professionally.

Valid driving license and good driving skills.
