Job Description:

Rite-HiteCustomer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department.This position is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment in an assigned area. This includes:

• Working with the Sales department, customers, and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts
• Ensuring accurate invoicing

Required Experience:

Rite-Hitesells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• One year of related experience minimum.
• A commitment to quality. Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills are also essential
