REQUIRED

• Customer Communication: Answer all inbound phone calls promptly and professionally; greet walk-in customers and respond to email inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, identify needs, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints efficiently; escalate complex issues to a supervisor as needed.
• Record Maintenance: Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in company systems; update account information and maintain organized, up-to-date records.
• Administrative Operations: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized records both digitally and in hard copy.
• Correspondence: Draft, proofread, format, and distribute professional written communications including emails, letters, and memos as directed.
• Supply Management: Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate reorders as needed to ensure the office remains fully stocked and operational.
• Office Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment on a daily basis, including workstations, common areas, and the restroom.
• Team Support: Assist management and team members with day-to-day operational tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
