Pay Rate: $15.00-$16.50

Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am

Open Scientific is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. This position is with a global vitamin company committed to consistently producing the highest-quality products. This is a temp to hire opportunity. As a Customer Service Rep you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, chat or text messaging to solve customer issues. To succeed in this position, candidate must:

  • Clearly understand and respond appropriately to the issues that customers present
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy towards customer’s issues
  • Ability to approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Desire to continually learn, focused on solutions and are self-motivated
  • Customer Focus Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Uphold company values and respect every customer
  • Exude patience and ownership with each customer
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Prior customer service experience and call center experience is required

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, review policies and communicate solutions to customer issues.
  • Perform customer charge backs, upsells, credit backs, mass orders
  • Find opportunities to recommend additional products to customers based on the customer needs and past purchases.
  • Participate in on-going training and coaching programs.
  • Contribute ideas on improving the customer experience.
