Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our ** Major Appliance Service Company **. This role requires ** excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently **.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries & bookings

✔️ Schedule and manage appointments using Walkabout Customer Booking Software (training provided)

✔️ Provide top-notch customer support and ensure satisfaction

✔️ Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed

Requirements

✅ Job Requirements:

✔️ Must be based in the Dominican Republic

✔️ Excellent phone communication skills

✔️ Basic computer proficiency

✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote setting

✔️ Reliable, organized, and customer-focused

📆 Work Schedule:

🕒 Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (Full-time, WFH setup)
