Job Description

The CSR willbe responsible for customerservice.sales order management. inventory management,import/exportoperations. and tradecompliance.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strongworkethic,sincerity. andsense ofresponsibility
• Proficiency in MS-Office Strongattentiontodetailandaccuracy withnumbers
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Collaboratewithotherteammembersand departments
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide guidance and support to customers

Education and Experience:

• Associate'sdegree(2-3yearcollege)orBachelor'sdegree(4-yearuniversity).
• Atleast5yearsifrelevantworkexperience
• GoodcommandofEnglishforcommunicationandmeetingswithHQ
• ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications.
• SAPexperienceispreferred
