About this role

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects
  • Must have at least 24 months of solid BPO experience OR 12 months of Financial BPO background
  • Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully on-site in Cebu City
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
