Amerejuve Medspa is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice focused on helping our clients look and feel their best. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Medspa Marketing / Admin Assistant to join our Atlanta team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, marketing, customer service, and working in a fast-paced medspa environment. The right candidate will be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with creating engaging content that helps grow our brand and attract new clients.
Position Overview
The Medspa Marketing / Admin Assistant will support the Atlanta location with daily administrative operations, client communication, social media, marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
We are looking for someone who is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable being the face of the brand both in person and online.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for patients and clients, assisting with appointments, inquiries, check-in/check-out, phone calls, and general customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare or medspa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Assist patients with questions regarding services, appointments, policies, and general information.
- Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient and appointment information in the practice management or scheduling system.
- Collect payments and assist with processing transactions when required.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, treatments, and inquiries.
- Provide information about available treatments and services while staying within the scope of the position.
- Assist with patient forms, registration, and other administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate with providers, clinical staff, and management to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable privacy requirements.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional front-desk environment.
- Support promotional events, patient outreach, and customer retention initiatives as needed.
- Perform other administrative and customer-service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2+ years of customer service or front-desk experience, preferably in healthcare, medical office, dental, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medspa.
- Experience with appointment scheduling and patient-facing administrative duties preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
